Delivery and Turnaround — Digital Prints

Digital print orders received by 11am Monday to Friday are usually dispatched that day. Please allow 48 hours' lab time for large orders. Most of our customers receive their order the next morning, postage permitting.

For digital print orders made through the Fujifilm SmartPix web app, we offer the following options:

  • Pick up in Store — Free
  • Recorded delivery — 4
  • Guaranteed Next Day — 7

These are flat rates across all our services. However, in cases where the order is unusually large, we may require additional postage. We will contact you before processing your order if this applies.

For large orders and those that are required urgently, consider selecting the Guaranteed Next Day delivery option. Under this service, Royal Mail guarantees that your order will be delivered by 1pm the next working day. This service requires you to be available to sign for your order.

Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for delays and lost orders by the Royal Mail.

None of the delivery methods offered are guaranteed by Frosts Photo Centre, nor are they refundable by us.

Delivery and Turnaround — Film

Payment will be requested for film orders, either via telephone or PayPal invoice, as soon as the order is received. Films paid for by 11am Monday to Friday are usually processed and dispatched that day. Please allow 48 hours' lab time for large orders, and up to 10 days' lab time for non-35mm film.

For film processing by post, we offer the following options:

  • Collect in-store — Free
  • First class post — Free
  • Recorded delivery — 4.50
  • Guaranteed Next Day — 7

For large orders and those that are required urgently, consider selecting the Guaranteed Next Day delivery option. Under this service, Royal Mail guarantees that your order will be delivered by 1pm the next working day. This service requires you to be available to sign for your order.

For orders of value, we recommend you select the Recorded Delivery option. Under this service, Royal Mail provides a tracking number for your order and requires a signature on receipt.

Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for delays and lost orders by the Royal Mail.

Refunds

In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfill your order, we will either re-print the order at no extra cost to you or we will refund your credit/debit card in full.

Cancellations

Due to the speed of our servers and customised production we are unable to accept cancellations. Once an order has been placed it is not possible to retract or edit any order.
